BLOXX is a smarter way to buy a home without taking on a mortgage or renting.
You start by purchasing a small portion of the home (as little as 1%) and gradually increase your ownership over time through fixed BLOXX payments. No interest, no debt, just real equity in a home you can live in.
You make a fixed payment to BLOXX, similar to what you’d pay in rent. Each month, your payment buys more equity in your home.
At the 5-year mark, you have three options:
Both you and BLOXX Investors own the home. You pay your BLOXX fixed regular payment and this buys you equity each and every month, increasing your equity portion whilst the BLOXX Investors portion goes down.
